Paula is a Business Coach and Enterprise Course Creator with over 10 Years Business Development Experience in supporting MSMEs in Africa to Ideate, Start and Grow Businesses. In 2020 – 2021, Paula has worked with over 100 African Female Entrepreneurs through Teesa's Tutandike Course and Small Business Coaching Programmes. She has trained over 4000 entrepreneurs through free and paid business content created by Teesa.

Paula has also supported other individuals and institutions create skilling curriculums; most notably the Small Business Curriculum for the Hi Innovator Programme with OutBox Hub and Makerere University Business School (MUBS) Uganda initiated by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Uganda and funded by the MasterCard Foundation.

Paula is a Speaker, Business Thought Leader, and the host of the Vlog/ Podcast Host of the Business Tool Workshop which can be found on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, etc.

Jessica is an experienced Social Media Manager, with a knack for Brand Strategy, Development and Promotion working with both personal and Corporate. She is a writer with a demonstrated history of working in the writing and editing industry. She is also a strong Media and Communications Professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Finance and Financial Management Services from Cyprus Institute of Marketing.

She is skilled at Research and Research methodology, Customer Service Strategy and Execution, Content Creation and Development, and she doubles as a Teacher/ Educator and Education Enthusiast.

Christian is a Photographer, Videographer, Editor, Artist and is also the Founder of Ampeire Studios. He loves capturing emotions, taking pictures that speak volumes and will enjoy the opportunity to freeze each memory with graphite on paper.

With the rise of A.I there's no more original hand made art pieces so this is where Ampeire studios comes in to provide top notch visuals with clear sound and realistic hand made works of art from graphite on paper. 

Ivan is the founder of Luga Visuals which is all about blending creativity and authenticity to craft captivating stories that truly resonate with people. Their goal is to create visually stunning content that not only tells a story but also forges genuine connections with our audience.

They offer personalized photography and videography packages tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. They cover the entire process from planning to shooting to editing, with optional extras to suit any project.

Dervin is a prize winning illustrator, Communication designer and Sculptor. He won a prize for the Award winning Logo concept in a design competition.He has practiced the art of illustration since his childhood, drawing on paper and walls with a graphite pencil. Dervin earned a bachelor’s degree from Margaret Trowell school of Industrial and Fine Arts. Alongside his participation in Art club,

Dervin worked as a junior illustrator at Dorminarts where he honed his skills in Illustration coloring using watercolors and woodwork fabrication skills. He has also freelanced on Illustration projects like Design Sketching for Wazi spectacles, character designs, Storyboarding, and Comic books. 

Faith is a learning specialist with nearly 10 years experience in developing unique learning tools/experiences to equip young people to do good work and perform at their highest potential. Faith led the complete training and development process of a training associates’ team and 20 female entrepreneurs who all launched business late in 2022. She also developed a program and learning materials for training underserved entrepreneurs in rural Kamuli at The Zena Launch pad.

Faith is passionate about holistic capacity development and revolutionizing the state of learning and development in underdeveloped areas, for the benefit of all young African talent.

She has previously served on Teesa’s projects as a BDS Executive and now supports the background work on their Course Creation program as well as leading on all communications for it.
